KaribXpress Logistics – Terms of Service

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

KaribXpress Logistics provides shipping, freight forwarding, package consolidation, and delivery services from the United States to Jamaica via air and sea.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping and contact information

• Ensuring items shipped comply with Jamaican and U.S. laws

• Paying all applicable fees, duties, and customs charges

3. Prohibited Items

We do not accept or ship:

• Illegal items

• Hazardous materials

• Weapons, drugs, or restricted goods

• Perishable items without prior approval

Any prohibited items will be refused or disposed of without liability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

• KaribXpress Logistics is not responsible for delays beyond our control

5. Fees & Payments

• All shipping fees must be paid before delivery

• Additional charges may apply for overweight, oversized, or special handling

• Prices are subject to change without notice

6. Loss or Damage

• We are not liable for damages due to improper packaging by customers or vendors

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Compensation (if applicable) is limited to declared value

7. Abandoned Packages

Packages left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be discarded or sold to recover storage costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

KaribXpress Logistics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by third parties

• Customs seizures or inspections

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
